To make the reservation we will need your name, phone number and email address. After sending the reservation an operator will contact you to confirm the reservation and answer your questions. When we finish processing the data and your seat on the bus is reserved, you will receive a confirmation text message. 2. ✔️ How do I cancel a reservation?

1. Like the reservation, you can cancel it online. In the upper right corner press the Connect button, enter the phone number you entered when booking, we will send you an sms with a code to check if you really own that phone number, then find in the menu the point My Calories, find the reservation and press the cancel button. 2. No commission is charged. Please do it in advance if possible.

✔️ How do I pay for the trip?

Payment is made on the day of the trip to the responsible persons on the spot. No prepayment of the trip or an advance is required.

✔️ Does AutocareMD charge a fee?

Not. The price displayed on the site is the price of the trip set by the carrier. We do not charge passengers any fees or commissions.
